Retreats are one of the most rejuvenating experiences you can have in your faith journey. I have been leading retreats for over 25 years as a pastor and leader in the church. I recently completed the Transforming Community leadership program of the Shalem Institute which focused on leading contemplative prayer groups and retreats.

As the Associate for Coaching and Spiritual Formation with 1001 New Worshiping Communities of the Presbyterian Mission Agency I oversee a network of 100 coaches and have been working as a coach for over 10 years. I do coaching for church plants, worshiping community leaders, and for personal spiritual formation. I am currently in the process to become a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
